We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Orders sent internationally can take up to 10 working days to be delivered, dependent on where you are. If an order is urgent, please email and let us know, we are always happy to help where we can.
As we are based in Bali, recorded International shipping is charged at a flat rate of x for all countries and this will give you a full trackable and signed for service with x. If shipping were to cost above this amount you will be contacted and may have to pay additional fees.
Although rare, please be aware that international custom charges may occur for parcels sent abroad. This is out of our control, and we encourages customers to source this information prior to purchase. Please ask your local postmaster for more information. Forever Yours™ will not accept returns or issue a refund if you decide not to pay these custom fees.
We endeavour to dispatch your order within two working days. For most destinations, you will receive your order within 2-5 working days however, some remote destinations may take a little longer.
All purchases are posted both trackable and signed for, however additional postage rates are available to suit every customer;

Upon dispatch of your order, a consignment note number will be emailed to you for ease of reference. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the designated shipping companies’ website tracking facilities.
Returns & Refunds
At Forever Yours™ we strive to ensure you are perfectly satisfied with your purchases, however, in case you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for an exchange of goods or offer a refund on the terms that:
* The item is unopened and in its original saleable condition
* The item is returned in its original packaging.
* Email email@example.com within 15 days of receiving your goods to authorise a refund or an exchange. Please where possible add a picture so we can access the problem if faulty.
Please note only items purchased on the Forever Yours™website can be returned to mysoapstory.com for refund or exchange. Items purchased in store, must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase.
You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges upon return. As postage is non-refundable, refund will be issued for the product only.
